Dressage

Holt Farm holds regular unaffiliated dressage shows throughout the year, culminating in Champion's Weekend at the end of the Summer season, and a one day Championship Show at the end of the Winter season.

A trophy is awarded to the winner of each class, prize plaques for the 2nd and 3rd placed and rosettes are awarded 1st to 10th place. All competitors placed are eligible for the Championship for that class at the end of the season.

All tests are ridden in an enclosed rubber arena, and warm up is in a large enclosed grass arena. The show atmosphere is always calm and relaxed and so is suitable for the nervous or novice horse or rider.

Entry fees are £9 per class for non-members and £7 per class for members.

Entries are to be received no later than the Wednesday before the show. You may enter by post, text or email, if you have entered by text or email you must post payment to the Show Secretary to arrive before the show.

For times, please call the Thursday before the show between 7-9pm on 01959 562008 / 07968 486381. If you do not call within these times your place may be given to someone on the waiting list.
